Long Foreskin - Reduction Surgery

I guess this might sound strange but I was just wondering if there is any such thing as foreskin reduction surgery. I ask b/c this is something that has been bothering me for some time now. I have about 1.5 inch overhang, but I don't want a full circumcision, just a bit. It gets to be a problem urinating as it tends to trap a lot. I keep good hygienne but still, when I'm showering at the gym or after sports I try and pull it back beforehand but it never works. I get kind of embarassed by it too. People haven't said anything, apart from my friends who tease me, jokingly though, but I can tell they're looking. Any help would be appreciated.
