Foreskin reduction surgery would have to be a form circumcision. You could get the equivalent of a partial circumcision which removes much less foreskin than a full circumcision. You would have to clearly indicate to the surgeon how much you wanted to be removed. I had a partial circumcision a couple of years back for medical reasons, but the procedure would be quite the same for you.
