Thomas, stretch it or get a small surgery, such as on the frenulum. If you get circumcised, I ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE you will consider it the worst decision of your life. If you think a tight foreskin is embarrasing, imagine having your glands constantly exposed and a scar around your most intimate part. It's pretty gross. You're lucky your parents cared enough about you to leave the decision up to you. I wish you the best and please, for your own sake, don't give in to those pro-circumcision crazies out there.
