Stretching technique picture

Please help, I have been to many links and seperate forums and when I see someone ask for advice on what stretching techniques to do, someone else says "Look here for how to do it" on my computer no picture appears. Please, I dont know if i'm doing the stretching techniques right or not. I have a tight foreskin that wont retract, and at the moment i am just grabbing the edges and pulling, trying to make the hole wider, however i think this might just be stretching my foreskin length. Can someone convert the picture or something so that it will work? What specs on my computer do i need to get it to display? Thanks again.
