If you pull forwards, that'll obviously work on its lenght, if you pull in a way as to try to open it, that will obviously work on resolving the tightness.

The image is a simple JPG file, if http://www.foreskin.org/ itself is accessible from you, then it should be available as picture number 3. It would be highly weird if the computer would refuse opening a JPG file... I think the site might be banned from your access somehow. Are you browsing the Internet with some kind of parental control software? (yay for AOL?)
