I would suggest you speak to your usual doctor to see what he says and go from there. I would also strongly suggest you speak to your dad. It is hard because it will be embarrassing, but you don't have to show him anything, just tell him and maybe he can come along for moral support at the doctors and such. He would need to be made aware at some stage if you require any form of surgery - as in most countries you'll need your parent's consent because of your age.
