prob with retraction

i read the site....but i am astill confused n worried....i am already 22! but it seems like the foreskin cant retract naturally, thought it does during sex, but it cause discomfort during sex and problem with ejeculation, since it cannot be moved back and forth easily. can someone tell me what's wrong with me? reply to the forum pls, i gave a fake name n email...thanks a million.
