Does Frenuloplasty increase the size of the penis slightly

Hi I have ripped my frenulum about one and a half years ago. I have in the past let it heal naturally. Now it is tearing slighty each time i have intercourse.
I am considering the frenuloplasty surgery. I havr researhed this on this forum, so i won't ask the obvious. Please could you let me know how much it costs? Also I am wondering will it increase the size of my erection because usually the frenulum restricts its erection size?
