stretching DEVICES?

Does anyone know of any foreskin stretching devices to help treat phimosis? I've been testing a few things myself.. mostly circular objects with the diameter slowly being increased by adding a layer of sealant tape. This does get a bit tiresome, is there any speculum type devices around that you could insert? this would speed up the process if you think about it.
