I generally advise against the use of devices when it comes to phimosis, as the process is quite easily successful even with only using one's hand.
Some of the old, now not active, regulars suggested the so-called friendly plastic for this kind of questions. As far as I know, you can mould that plastic easily to any shape you'd want to.
