I've heard it is possible to work out the bridges, but I don't know the details. I would guess it would take gradual wiggling and pulling. The hair problem is caused by the lack of skin to accommodate the erection. Regrowing additional skin can be done. One of the best resources is a group called NORM - the National Organization of Restoring Men. Since they deal with guys unhappy with their circumcisions, I'm willing to bet they'd have tons of info on what to do about the skin bridge as well.
