You should see a urologist to get your skin bridge fixed. especially if it is as long as you mentioned.
This will not only give you much improveed esthetics, but also better stimulation since a part of your glans will become exposed finally.
Furthermore, by breaking the bridge, it will release much skin to the shaft, making your circ a bit less tight.
Skin bridges are a defect of circumcised as infant, just as phimosis is a defect of any uncircumcised. There is no reason to live with this.
