I had the operation done and it did have an effect. I did lose some sensation but I suspect not nearly as much as if I'd been circumcised. The point of sensation where the frenum was also moved down my penis slightly. It took a little while to get used to but I did have fun practising. I hope this doesn't put you off. Peter
