Retracted/Worried?

ok, so ive been able to retract my foreskin exposing the whole glans, but ive only been able to do it when my penis is flacid. i am somewhat worried about the chances of paraphimosis, and the foreskin still seems very tight. should i be worried about paraphimosis or getting an erection(which i assume would cause enormous pain...)when retracting the foreskin? and about how long does it usually take to go from this state to a retractable foreskin while erect? i have found alot of techniques on going from small opening to retractable, but not too much on going from flaccid retractable to erect retractable. any recommendations? thanks alot !
