I think in the history of this forum there have been one or maybe two geniune cases of successful stretching of the frenulum.

If you just have the frenulum slit or whatever, I would imagine you will probably end up with something like a "ripped" look. If you have it removed, then the tight bit of skin is just gone.

I had the frenulum removed a few years back. It was pretty much a no fuss deal - especially considering how much pain the thing caused me when it was there. I didn't have any stitches, it was cauterised. It took about a week to heal, I think. There is a lot of information on the internet from anti-circ sites that say the frenulum is the most sensitive part of the penis (they say that about the head too - they should make their minds up), but I found it is not the tight bit of skin, but rather the area that is pleasurable. The procedure itself took around 10 minutes.

Some people might tell you otherwise, but you don't need a circumcision for this type of problem. In regards to ripping: It's not uncommon. Generally it'll happen once or twice and that's it, but that's for those lucky guys that don't really have that tight of a frenulum. However, in some cases it can continue in a cycle, which is not so good. The pain and ripping depends on how tight it is. The tighter the frenulum, the worse the rip.

Hope this helps.
