Thanks for writing back. You raise a good point about making him too self conscious about it. I think he is very self conscious about it. I reiterate the stretching and encourage him to do the back and forth exercises. It's difficult to stress the importance of the proper care and stretching and at the same time not make him self couscious. That's a really tough one.
I agree with you, I don't want him worrying about it, but I do want him to be aware of the techniques that can help relieve the tightness.
