1) you get cut on your body, you are likely to get a scar; you cut something out of your body, you will get a scar. Circumcision results in a scar.
2) the frenulum getting twice the size? Most possibly a simple oedema/swelling that's a result of the surgery. You should ask your doctor though.
3) Sensitivity "issue"? Too much of it but not anymore? It could have been achieved by simply just retracting often.
