Hello there.

The thread below, started by "IA" is somewhat similar to your problem, although with the significant difference that her son is 25 years younger than you ;) In either case, though, the same methods should work, but I'd expect them to be significantly slower.

There are very detailed descriptions about the stretching process further back on recent pages. I'll try to quote one or two, or give links.

First of all, a very old one: ../messages2/2247.htm -- it's very detailed, and definitely a good read.

Here's a quote of what I said to another person here (a teenager):

So... do you remember your child years? I bet pretty much everyone has at least a couple of times pulled their own lips with their fingers and stuck a tongue through it or something like that. It has recently occured to me that these are vaguely similar actions. If you remember, when you held it in tension for long, it would get perhaps a bit uncomfortable after a while, perhaps a little red, but otherwise you'd just feel tension --- the same goes for the foreskin (although much less force is needed): you pull it outwards and hold it in tension for a while. It might get a little sore after longer sessions, but that shouldn't be a problem. Do avoid sharp pain though. (At this note, you might want to make sure there is no friction between the foreskin and the head --- that can be quite a bit painful for the untrained penis head; but as long as there isn't such thing occuring, the stretching should be painless).

This is what I can find from the top of my head.

If anyone tries to prescribe Hydrocortisone for you, refuse. Betamethasone is what aids stretching/growing the skin, and HC has resulted in negative feedback.

Other than this, I can wish you good luck and happy tugging.
