I had a cir done one month ago and I too have a band of scar tissue under the skin aroung the incision line. I've been told by many people that it will take a very long time for the cir to heal 100%. I had a cut on my chest which had a raised scar for 6 months, then one day it flattened and is completely invisible after two years.
I'm not worried and you shouldn't be either. Give it time.
