Trouble?

I have a problem which i have a really hard time talking about. A couple of years ago I found that on the end of my foreskin two lumps occurred. I don't remember if I had them during my childhood, but now this problem of mine is really annoying and embarassing me.
I don't experience pain of any sort while urinating or masturbating, but I can't seem to be able to retract my foreskin, and the top of it doesn't even allow my head to pass through. I had a look at various diseases associated with this, but I'm still not sure what it is: could it be phimosis? Naturally, because of this problem of mine I still haven't been able to have sexual intercourse with anyone, for fear tht my partner might get suspicious of something being terribly wrong, even if I were to use a condom? Can anyone help me in realtion to this? What is it? How is it cured? Will a circumcision be enough? Thanks
