'Stretched'? - that can be done a little. More importantly, over time and with patience it will grow, just as virtually every other part of the body will.

I assume you are concerned that your foreskin does not have a big enough opening, since youare basing this on the assumption of the frenulum 'stretching' The answer to that is that the foreskin will grow through repeated demands (by frequent and hopefully prolonged gentle but firm pulling). This is one reason why the 'gunnysack' stretching method is so useful - it makes both the foreskin and the frenulum grow - if you give it enough patience, time and effort.
