Hi there, I was in the EXACT same situation you was in 2 months ago. I went to the docs and he said if its not causing you problems, dont worry about it. Ive started the stretching exercises and mine is really sensitive too, even when something slightly touches it. Ive listened to the advice on this board though, you dont need to touch it, as Ralesk said. Over time it should improve, just dont worry about it. Heres a link to the stretching exercises:
