I'm pretty sure you don't need to get circumcised. ../messages2/2247.htm is a good page for you, though these days we suggest that you not pull back, but instead pull the skin forward, away from the body, and then you'd try to "open" it -- like the pillowcase when trick-or-treating. Most important thing is to play safe, and not hurt yourself. It might be a good idea to make sure the skin and the head aren't sticking to each other (too much friction on the head of the penis causes discomfort) when you try the pull-forward method.
