phimosis

I am a 35 yr old, who has probably been aware I had a problem for approx 3 years.

I have phimosis (hard, crusty ring) around the foreskin, but this has not stopped then foreskin from retracting passed the glans.

However, during the last two months, I hav had an intense painful tender area on one side of the glans (when touched in an erect state), and the phimosis appears to have spread fom being just a ring to the area of skin attaching the foreskingtio the glans on the underside.

There appears to be some under skin bleeding as the very tip of the penis, and the area on the underside have some deep red areas.

Any advice greatly recieved
