I know that the pro-circumcision crowd claims that the sensitivity of the glans is not affected. But there are two things to consider in that regard. First, they also crow about how 'excess sensitivity' is cured by circumcision, so sensitivity is abviously signofocantly affected. Whether your sensitivity is 'excess' is up to you, I guess - I like having it all. Second, they only focus on the glans, not the whole penis. The foreskin is an important sensory and functional part of the whole structure. Certainly, you cannot have equal sensitivity of the whole penis if you no longer have the whole penis.
