Not phimosis

A 'typical' phimosis involves the tip of the foreskin still being soft and pliable, like your lips, but unable to go past the glans. The inability to go past the glans is the DEFINITION of phimosis. You have got a significantly bad skin condition and need to see a dermatologist pronto. No patr of the genitals should evernbe as you describe.
