As an answer to: Question written by Joe at 02 Feb 2004 10:23:32:

>Hi everyone... I'm a person with phimosis and tried stretching before and gave up. I exposed my head once when not erected but after that i was too frighten to expose my head again because of the feeling of "flipping" my foreskin and the possibly of extreme pain. While such "extreme pain" happen 3 times when i flip the skin over the head when my penis is erected and it was BRUTAL dread. I manage to get it over the head again later. Now just 2 questions to see if anyone can help.

I think if you are scared of exposing the glans, you should perhaps try stretching by pulling the skin forward and trying to open it so with your fingers. Detailed descriptions are posted all over the page here.

>a) if i flip the skin over the head before when penis erected (even though extreme pain)... but was ability to grab on to my penis and force the skin back up covering the head. Does that mean im not in a position where paraphimosis is possible next time if that happens again?

I'm sure that even if it happens you know how to push it forward. From what you tell us, you seem to know how to handle your foreskin.

>b) i notice a lot of people in the forum saying they have phimosis and try out the stretching techniques page, and have seem good results. but 1 clear question to get me motivated. do you guys know of a person that ... with tight phimosis.. and ONLY following streching exercise (no cream)... was able to defeat phimosis and retract the skin with no pain and even pleasure successfully?? or did most of them just maange to get to exposed when not erected (which i succeed before after few weeks of strectching too but just feel very weird and scare feeling)...

If you continue, it will loosen up more, and the "flipping" you mention won't be so... well, I guess it's now inconvenient, tight, and feels as if it was choking your cock? Those will definitely go away if you continue your exercises.
On your question for who has tried and succeeded, well, there is Jake Booth, but he doesn't post here anymore; there is Dan, who is fairly new and I keep bringing him back here so he says something about his experience -- he's doing pretty well, I think he is now quite safe and fine when erect; tmtanec whose old old post we (Dom and I, for example) quote hasn't been here in years, but he was twenty something when he did his exercises on his own, and succeeded; Dom himself is a "work in progress" as I gather.

>if anyone can help me out it would grealy help
