retraction problems

Hi, I am a 26 yr male. I am able to easily retract the foreskin when not erect, but when i try to retract it when erect, it is very sensitive and painful and I lose my erection almost immediately. I masturbate fequently with the foreskin covered and I have also found that when i masturbate, i ejaculate very quickly without the penis being fully erect. I want to have sex with my girlfriend and I am really concerned about these two problems. From reading the other messages, I do not think i have phimosis, but I may have frenulem breve. I'd appreicate your suggestions on what I need to do.
