plastic surgery to tighten foreskin?

I don't know if this is the right forum, but discussions on the subject are quite scarce. I am an uncircumsized male in his late 30's. After my first wrestling practice in 7th grade, being the only uncut male in the showers, I started pulling my foreskin back to 'look like everyone else.' I have paid for my ignorance over the years as I would like nothing more to look natural again. I have, for the most part, achieved this through mild stretching (using medical tape & 'O' rings). The problem is that not too long after I remove my clothing about half of the glans shows & stays like that. I am wondering if anyone knows of any resource where a procedure is used to tighten the foreskin. I have been to all the 'NOCIRC' and foreskin reconstuction websites and have found absolutely nothing on this procedure alone. Any help would be greatly appreciated
