>Exposed like this with retracted foreskin my glans is too sensitive. I can touch directly the top area, but the further down toward the sulcus I touch the more uncomfortable it feels.

This is a common for people that have not been able to retract their foreskin properly. Once you do resolve the problem and you are able to use the foreskin/penis as an average guy does, then after while you should notice a decrease in the unpleasant sensations once you are able to expose it more. Eventually you will reach a point where it's just pleasurable as opposed to painful.

>Masturbation is never a problem since I never touch head directly but only through my foreskin. Oral sex however is. With foreskin retracted the further down the touch is the worse it becomes. I can still have oral sex, it is not unbearable, but I can't ejaculate that way. The pleasurable sensations mix with the painful ones and the most I can do is stay aroused long time.

That's bad.

>I am not ready to give up being like this for a lifetime.

Good for you. It's quite an embarrassing subject and to have the courage to do the research and look into resolving what is a horrible condition to have, is a good thing to do.

>I know consulting an urologist is necessary and I've talked to mine about my problem. After hearing part of this he recommended circumcision. I don't believe it will help. I'm considering frenuloplasty instead, to get rid of some the troublesome tensions.

If the problem is with the frenulum then you are right - you do not need a circumcision. That'd be pointless.

>Excuse my English, which is not my native language, I hope my description made some sense. If you by any chance are someone who could associate personally with this (having a close to this problem) than you will know how it feels and it will be nice to hear from you.

I was in a similar position myself a few years back. I had phimosis and a tight frenulum and addressed the issues seperately. Check out my Circumcision FAQ for information about the surgical procedure I had to resolve the frenulum issue. If you have any questions that are not answered there, feel free to to ask.

Good luck.
