Unlike so many others, I don't see the need to rush out and give doctors lots of money without first trying some safe and common sense remedies yourself.
If the opening is too small to get TWO fingers inside the tip (preferable, for stretching the opening apart from the inside), or to grip it from the outside, another device might help. A bottle with a small opening and gradually widdening neck, such as a hot sauce bottle (DO remove every bit of hot sauce first) could be the perfect thing. For a larger foreskin, perhaps a beer bottle. As the end of the bottle is inserted (or foreskin pulled forward over it) more and more, the ever wider neck stretches it to just the amount you want for that session. This doesn't take rocket science, guys.
