>Hi all,
>I'm 25 and have never been able to retract my foreskin further than just below the piss-slit (apologies for the crudeness, I don't know the technical terms), either when flaccid or erect.
>Just last week I finally decided to go to my doctor and get something done.
>He prescribed Betnovate 30 grams (0.1%) and suggested that I sit in warm bath and stretch my foreskin to make it loose.
>I have been applying the cream twice a day, after morning shower and before sleep. I have also tried stretching in the bath but have already ruptured a blood vessel. (Nothing serious.)
>Anyway, what I want to know is, what order should I be doing this in? Do I take a bath and stretch, then apply the cream, or apply the cream, let it soak in then sit in a bath and stretch?
>Also, while my foreskin is tight, I don't have the "hard ring" I've heard mentioned here (the opening is simply not wide enough for my head to fit through) and my frenulum (the bit of skin connecting the end of the piss-slit to the foreskin, yeah?) is quite small and I'm wondering if this will stretch. I've been making a point of putting the cream on the frenulum.
>The foreskin can retract slightly further when flaccid since starting to use this cream.
>I appreciate any help and sorry if this post is overly long!
>QI was able to cure mine with just stretching alone. My uncle told me what I had to do and I did it all in about two months. Don't know about the creams because he said stretching it was the most important. You shouldn't be hurting yourself if you do it right.
