What is it?

I have a restored foreskin. I was hospitalized in ICU and on a ventalator for 15 days. I was given massive doses of morphine and borad speck antiboitics to treat pneumonia. I also had a catheter in place. The catheter prevented the urine from washing under the foreskin. I never skin it back to urinate. When the catheter was removed and I was able to shower for the first time, I skinned my foreskin back to wash the glands and found a sour cream like substance under the hood. I did not have any discharge or ooze. I have produced smegma from time to time but never any thing like this. After washing it away it has never occured again. Any one else experience this or have a clue what it might have been?
