Basically, I believe that parents who have themselves grown up circumcised or amond circumcised people, know basically less about normal penises. Someone surrounded with intact penises, or having one, will most probably know more about how it works. This is apparently going to be the next "problem" in the USA, and for that I predict a little raise in the cutting percentages -- cut dad and/or mother who hasn't known an intact penis well enough are going to bring their kids to the doctors and they will of course circumcise them as a solution. People need education.
