swelling... how long till it's gone?

Well, i was circ'd just over 3 weeks ago. my frenulum was not removed. but the underside of my penis is still pretty swoolen. my urologist wouldn't give me a definite answer as to when the swelling would go down because he said it depends. but i'm just wondering, from your experience... how long do you think this swelling will last ? thanks for the insight.
