>>>I see that you all said that some degree of phimosis and adhesions is normal in a 12-year-old, that I should let nature take its course, that masturbation will take care of the adhesions.
I myself had adhesions all around the glans too when I was 11 years old. The whole corona was invisible. Masturbation loosened the adhesions at 12. It’s necessary to retract the foreskin as far as possible without pain. The problem is that most mothers don’t teach their sons to masturbate. If he doesn’t permit you or his father to look at it, he must observe himself how many free space the retracted foreskin generates. At least a part of the glans should be visible. Let him tell you what he sees. Do not make him believe that you disapprove on masturbating. Tell him that it might be healthy if he uses the foreskin intensively by retracting it time after time to the point where it slightly hurts. Maybe you could show him some pictures what an intact penis with a retracted foreskin should look like without adhesions.
Best wishes.
