Cream needed?

Hi Everyone,

This is my first time here and I been reading the forums. It gives me so much encouragement and motivation. Keep up the good work guys. Well, I just have a few questions. Do you actually need the cream in order for the strecthing to work and is there any site or stores that I can buy the cream that doesn't require me to provide any prescription? Also, What is the full name of the cream? Is it "Betamethasone Diprorionate" ? Any advice or help will be appreciate it. Can you guys also steer me in the right direction for the streching exercises, is there more than one? Thanks guys.
