>Hi Everyone,
> This is my first time here and I been reading the forums. It gives me so much encouragement and motivation. Keep up the good work guys. Well, I just have a few questions. Do you actually need the cream in order for the strecthing to work and is there any site or stores that I can buy the cream that doesn't require me to provide any prescription? Also, What is the full name of the cream? Is it "Betamethasone Diprorionate" ? Any advice or help will be appreciate it. Can you guys also steer me in the right direction for the streching exercises, is there more than one? Thanks guys.

Glad to see you are taking a healthy approach. No, the betamethasoneis not necessary, but many people finds it helps give quicker results. I even saw a reference to a study that showed 80% success with betamethasone, even without a dedicated stretching program (there would still be the stretching of erections, retraction for peeing, and sexual activities). Officially you must have aprescription in the US and most other western republics, however, I am sure that through the Net or such, you could find it. I think you are better off with getting a GP or dermatologist to just give you the a-ok first.

As for exercises, Ral is the expert, but I always describe the basis exercise as being like holding a sack open for Halloween - make it taut and maybe just a tad uncomfortable, but never painful. The idea is to put enough regular tension so that the skin will be stimulated to grow. Do the exercises at least a couple times a day for one - five minutes - the more the better, so long as you don't cause pain. Good luck.
