Confused

Hi,

I recently found this website when searching for a description of my 'problem'. I've never been able to fully retract my foreskin and had, since last week, begun the stretching exercises advocated on this board. A recent post:

...has me slightly perplexed. Is it normal for the opening to have retracted over a period of time? Around 10 years ago I could retract my foreskin so that almost a quarter of the head was visible. At the present time the opening is quite small - a diameter of around 1 to 2 centimetres.

I've always been a little worried about approaching my Doctor about this issue - especially as, before I found this messageboard, I assumed the only 'fix' was circumcision.
