Foreskin trouble

Hi people.I am 14 years old and I am having trouble pulling back my foreskin.I have no problems urinating or masturbating but when i attempt to pull back my foreskin to clean underneath cannot do it.I can pull it back about 1cm at the most and then it hurts.It feels tight and i do not want to force it back incase it causes any damage.I know I need to clean under there but I can't and i'm really concerned about what will happen if i don't clean the gunk that comes from there.PLEASE HELP.
