21 and just found out!

I feel like i was just born yesturday, im 21 years old and never knew that i had to pull my foreskin back to clean it, i never had a problem with infections *knocks on wood* because i kept myself clean. My question is, is it too late to start stretching the skin? or do i need to get circumsized? i really dont know where to begin in stretching or what to do, warning signs etc. ive read through the old forum and just now came to this one to post my question. When i had sex it was always with a condom. so i never really had any problems. except one time with my current ex, we decided to try to put it in without the condom (she has never been with an uncut man neither of my previous girlfriends so they knew less than me about my penis) anyway the head went in until i pushed some more and i felt a stinging sensation and when i pulled out the whole foreskin was behind the head, i was scared and thought it was going to stay there permentantly let alone ive never seen my penis like that. well it went back to normal when flaccid. but never really thought about it until now, never really bothered me that much:( i just thought it was adnormal for it to go that far. I apoligize if this not appropriate for the board, being to graphic. My problem now when i try to pull the forskin back when flaccid it goes almost behind the head and i start to get erect than it is behind the head, but i can tell it is tight and again i am not use to it looking like that so i get alittle scared. when i am erect i can only pull it halfway. with that description should i worry? i dont want to get circumsized, nor do i want it ripping. sorry if this all doesnt make sence. somebody give me some input please Thanks!
