Probably not, as long as you aren't damaging anything. The only thing I can think of is that you will get so used to such a large amount of pressure and friction, that you may find it somewhat difficult to respond to the much slipperier and less pressured environment of a vagina. But there are stimulations in that circumstance beyong anything you can do for yourself, so I think you'll adjust just fine.
