Same here. Not painful, but hypersensitive at first. Unlike some of you that were blessed with a short foreskin that retracted on its own, me and a lot of other guys had to work at keeping ours skinned back. If begun before or around puberty, the penis is not yet fully grown, and retraction can seem to cause the foreskin to atrophy in relation to the growing penis itself. This makes permanent retraction easier over time than it was at first.
