I generally agree with the other answers you got here. As gradually or as speedily as comfort dictates, frequent retraction should cause many or all of the foreskin problems you name to subside - tightness, hypersensitivity, hygiene, etc.
Eventually, you may find that retraction becomes comfortable and even preferable. As you have seen in other posts, many of us are now permanently retracted, and believe that we enjoy ALL of the benefits of circumcision without need for the actual surgery.
