CHARLES II: Try to avoid liquids, and pee as often and as much as possible, before bed time. If you wake with a painful erection, grab the penis by the root and pull the shaft skin forward, toward the wound, to relieve the pressure. If you thump the penis head wth your finger nail, that may discourage the erection too. This should not last for more than a week. Let us know.
