Wjat you saw under your foreskin and behind your knob is only smegma, nothing dangerous. Now that you are able to skin yourself, wash with clear water, no soap, and clean the smegma away each time you have a bath or shower.
The tip of your foreskin is sore because it's been forced to stretch over your knob for the first time. Don't over do it for a bit and it will quickly settle down.
