penis pain on and off

PLEASE tell me what to do if you can.. I am 22 yrs old and well i was raised in a strong christian family and so i have not really had alot of sex. But here is my problem some days when i wake up that is with an erection i feel like pain in my penis and sometimes it stays a couple of mins till my penis go back to normal size and then after a while it disappears. And the first time i tried to have sex after i ejaculated it felt funny and i had some pain for a while i dont know was just wierd and i dunno but think my penis like when back to normal size fast( but i aint sure dont actually remember too well) but the bottom line is i get these pains most times when my penis is erect and i am pretty damn sure that it is not normal and other people dont have it.. So please tell me is there a particular doctor i can go see who would help me?? thanks please help me out.. I am constantly thinking that one day soon when i tried to have sex it would really mess up my whole show... bye
