a ring?

ive read some post describing a ring on your penis whats that? i think i may have it! i just found out a couple of days ago that my foreskin had to pull behind the head, anyways when its behind the head the top of the foreskin is pink looks like a ring around behind the head. is that a problem? will the color go away? is it because its tight? help! is my penis broken again?
