Foreskin went white and other questions

Hi again,
I have a couple of questions for y'all:

1) I was using Betnovate 1.0% for about a month and managed to retract my foreskin while flaccid. However, I noticed that when erect, the skin around the head of my penis was very white. I don't know if this was as a result of the cream or the stretching? I stopped using the cream, just in case. I know that it can cause thining of the skin but I don't know what that looks like. Anyway, the colour is coming back now but I just wanted your opinion on this.

2) When my forskin retracts, it reaches a certain point on the head of my penis and sort of "flips" downward. It's like when you roll up a sleeve and fold it out over itself, you know? Anyway, this exposes the inside of my foreskin and doesn't look right. Is this something that will change with further stretching?

3) Also, my foreskin is nowhere near close to retracting over my head when erect. I worry that without the cream, there is no way it will stretch. Is it ok to stop using the cream for, say, a week or two and then start using it again?
