how do i get rid of the smell

my penis has an odour to it, i wash it everyday with soap and water at least once. Even though i continually pull back my foreskin and wash it my penis still smells when i get an erection or if i simply retract my foreskin. If anyone has an suggestions on how to eliminate this smell, or if its just normal please help me out here
